Memberships are non-refundable, however, they are transferable for the remaining validity of the Membership.   • Shipping & Delivery
  • All products ship within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed through this website. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. Products ship via Fedex, UPS, US priority mail. Given the nature of some of the products sold (digital file downloads) delivery is presumed complete upon reading of the material following credit card transaction and/or via the downloading of file and is therefore immediate.
